Leading complex projects, the remote Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Techno-Functional will manage end-to-end support and enhancements for Oracle HCM modules, leveraging over 10 years of experience in HCM and a strong consulting background.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall solution from a functional perspective for Oracle Fusion HCM projects
- Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles and troubleshoot user issues effectively
- Facilitate design sessions with clients to deliver complex business solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HCM, with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Global Core HR and Payroll
- Experience working with technical teams on integrations and data conversion
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus
- Healthcare provider background is preferred, with an understanding of Health Systems
