Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare technology team, the full-time Oracle Fusion HRIS Administrator will manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform, ensuring data integrity and user adoption while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including Core HR, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Learning
- Configure system setups, workflows, approvals, and security roles while managing system releases and updates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system issues, enhancements, and user support, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, with 3+ years specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM administration
- Experience supporting multiple Oracle Fusion modules and using HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader tools
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, data management, and compliance requirements
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications preferred
