Oracle Fusion Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the development of end-user training for Oracle Fusion, the full-time temporary Oracle Fusion Instructional Designer will design and create engaging learning assets while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop role-based end-user training curriculum for Oracle Fusion modules and related business processes
• Create a variety of training assets, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and job aids
• Partner with business SMEs and project teams to gather requirements and translate technical information into user-friendly training content

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience supporting enterprise software implementations
• 3+ years developing training for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or comparable business applications
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Camtasia
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences
• Associate's Degree in a relevant field; preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related disciplines
