Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting an end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, the full-time remote Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant will lead functional activities, gather requirements, and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll while collaborating with Payroll and HR business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional activities across the Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and production support
- Gather requirements and conduct functional workshops with Payroll, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Support bi-weekly payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Hands-on Oracle Payroll configuration experience
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, elements, and reconciliation
