Key Responsibilities

Lead support and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and enterprise-wide applications
Oversee system setup, updates, and data loading processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Develop and optimize complex custom queries and reports for business decision support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 9+ years of enterprise software support experience
6-8 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide software applications
Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules
Experience managing SaaS and enterprise systems, including configuration and maintenance
Leadership experience, including team mentoring and oversight of database management
