Oracle HCM Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the ongoing configuration and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, the full-time Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst will focus on Learning and Talent modules while collaborating with HR and technology teams to enhance user experiences and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle HCM Learning and Talent Management solutions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and manage Oracle Service Requests

Required qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud in a large enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning and Talent Management modules
• Strong reporting expertise using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Experience with HDL/HSDL and Oracle HCM configuration tools
• Strong SQL skills for reporting and data validation activities
