Oracle HCM Application Developer

Job Summary

To enhance HR systems and processes, the remote Oracle HCM/HRMS Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self-Service, and Talent Management modules
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support HRMS data queries and reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer with a strong understanding of Oracle HRMS modules and HR business processes
• Expertise in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs, with familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM preferred
• Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and running Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico, including knowledge of Mexico-specific regulatory requirements
• Preferred: Oracle Payroll Certification, demonstrating commitment to professional growth and expertise
