Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, the remote contract Oracle HCM Architect will focus on Talent Management and Compensation while serving as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, specifically in Talent Management and Compensation
- Provide strategic guidance on system capabilities and solution architecture, partnering with HR and Total Rewards teams
- Design integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with at least 3 years in an Architect or Lead Architect role
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM security, configuration, and data architecture
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud implementations and transformational initiatives
