Oracle HCM Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, the remote contract Oracle HCM Architect will focus on Talent Management and Compensation while serving as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, specifically in Talent Management and Compensation
• Provide strategic guidance on system capabilities and solution architecture, partnering with HR and Total Rewards teams
• Design integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with at least 3 years in an Architect or Lead Architect role
• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM security, configuration, and data architecture
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud implementations and transformational initiatives
