Job Summary

To enhance client relationships, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant will manage mid-to-large client accounts, providing expert guidance on Oracle HCM Benefits and Absence Management, while ensuring client satisfaction and implementing advanced technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Configure Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
  • Lead client initiatives and provide strategic insights to align client practices with HCM Cloud methods
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Finance
  • 5-10 years of Client Services experience, with module-specific expertise in Benefits and Absence Management
  • Experience with 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Oracle certification in relevant modules
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively
