Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant
Job Summary
To support mid-to-large enterprise clients, the remote Principal Consultant, Client Services will deliver impactful Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Benefits and one additional module such as Payroll, Recruiting, or Workforce Compensation, while ensuring successful adoption and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication and resolving inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM to meet client requirements and lead clients through test script execution
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud functionality and design solutions to address gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred
- 5 to 10 years of Managed Services experience in a multi-client environment
- 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with expertise in Benefits and one additional module
- Oracle certification in relevant modules is preferred
- Proven ability to lead mid-size client projects independently, managing multiple clients and shifting priorities effectively
