Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Analyst to support HR business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for HR systems and resolve complex issues
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements while building solutions that exceed expectations
• Support system configurations for events and participate in quarterly release testing and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of HRIS Analyst experience, including integrations and SaaS HR Technology, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience with business intelligence tools and Oracle PL/SQL for report and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
