Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Capital Consultant to support ongoing projects and system enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical and functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR
• Assist in enhancement projects and support post-implementation activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• At least two full lifecycle implementations completed successfully
• Strong expertise in Core HR
• Working experience in Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, or Recruiting modules
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
