Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Redwood UI | ORC | Core HR).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, providing day-to-day production support and issue resolution
• Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs while optimizing functionality with Redwood UI
• Build and support HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Functional) and Redwood UI
• Proficiency in Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and solution design
• Familiarity with OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting and compliance standards
• Experience using Jira or similar work management tools
