Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Redwood UI | ORC | Core HR).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules and provide day-to-day production support
• Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs while optimizing Redwood UI functionality
• Build and support HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Functional) and Redwood UI
• Hands-on knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, ORC & Onboarding, and Learning modules
• Familiarity with production support, troubleshooting, and audit controls
• Proficiency in Jira or similar work management tools
• Understanding of solution design and requirements gathering
