Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration Engineer / Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, and Security
• Build and manage job structures, work relationships, eligibility rules, workflows, and security roles
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support HR/Payroll users while ensuring system optimization

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
• Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data management
• Experience with OTBI reporting and workflow configuration
• Strong understanding of HR processes and their dependencies
• Ability to analyze cross-module impacts and data flow
