Job Summary

To support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, the contract Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration Engineer will configure and maintain various HCM modules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation
• Build and manage job structures, workflows, security roles, and eligibility rules
• Support post-go-live stabilization, troubleshoot configuration issues, and assess the impact of quarterly Oracle releases

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
• Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data management
• Experience with OTBI reporting and workflow configuration
• Understanding of HR processes, including the hire-to-retire lifecycle
• Ability to analyze cross-module impacts and data flow
