Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, the contract Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will work remotely to ensure system stability and performance while serving as a subject matter expert in areas such as Recruiting and Learning modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring system stability across environments
• Support ongoing production operations and enhancements, identifying new features to improve user experience
• Manage Oracle Service Requests and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Experience working independently and mentoring others
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
