Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, the remote contract Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will leverage expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning to enhance system performance and drive value for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions while ensuring system stability across environments
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing best practices and recommendations for system enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and manage ongoing production operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Proven ability to work independently and mentor others
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities
