Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, the contract Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will work remotely, leveraging expertise in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules to enhance system performance and support ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring system stability across environments
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing best practices and accelerating delivery for stakeholders
• Identify and implement new Oracle Cloud features to improve business outcomes and user experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Proven ability to work independently and guide/mentor team members
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities
