Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

To support ongoing Oracle production operations, the remote Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM, focusing on Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring system stability and performance
• Serve as a subject matter expert to drive value and accelerate delivery while supporting ongoing operations and enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex HCM issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Experience working independently and mentoring others
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
