Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM, the remote contract Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will ensure system stability and performance while supporting ongoing operations and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules
• Serve as a subject matter expert to drive value and accelerate delivery through best practices and implementation experience
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex HCM issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Experience working independently and guiding others, with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
