Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM, the contract Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will work remotely to ensure system stability and performance while serving as a subject matter expert and supporting ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules
• Support ongoing production operations and enhancements within the HCM platform, troubleshooting complex issues as needed
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and develop documentation and training materials for adoption

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Experience working independently and guiding others, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities
