Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, the candidate will manage the design, development, and support of Oracle VBCS applications and integrations, focusing on Payroll and HCM processes while collaborating with functional teams during CST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support custom Oracle VBCS pages and applications integrated with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and integrations across Oracle HCM and external systems
- Assist Payroll users with payroll runs, issue resolution, and support for Oracle Time and Labor processes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and Oracle APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM integrations
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
