Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, the candidate will manage Oracle VBCS, OIC, APEX, and Payroll integrations while collaborating with HRIS, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design and develop custom applications and reports.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom VBCS pages and Oracle APEX applications, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Support production users and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM processes and integrations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM integrations
- Proficiency in developing Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes
