Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant for a contract position that is 100% remote, focusing on designing and developing custom VBCS pages, Oracle APEX applications, and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud while collaborating with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support custom Oracle VBCS pages and applications integrated with Oracle HCM Cloud using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and integrations while supporting Oracle HCM Payroll processes and related functionalities
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to document requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and Oracle APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle HCM integrations
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll and related processes
- Ability to work directly with Payroll users and HRIS stakeholders
