Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, the candidate will manage technical solutions involving Oracle VBCS, OIC, APEX, and Payroll, while collaborating with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders to understand requirements and support users.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom VBCS pages, Oracle APEX applications, and dashboards
- Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Support production users and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM integrations and Payroll processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM integrations
- Proficiency in developing Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes
