Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, the remote position focuses on designing and developing custom VBCS pages, APEX applications, and supporting integrations while collaborating with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom VBCS pages and Oracle APEX applications, including reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Support production users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM processes and integrations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and APEX, including custom applications and integrations
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM integrations
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll and related processes
- Ability to work directly with Payroll users and HRIS stakeholders
