Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, the full-time remote position will design and develop applications and integrations using Oracle technologies, while providing technical support for HCM business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Oracle VBCS applications and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports while troubleshooting complex production issues
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle ERP technical consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS, including application development and REST API integrations
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX for custom application development and reporting
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration development
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll and related processes
