Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, the candidate will manage technical implementations and integrations using Oracle VBCS, OIC, and APEX while collaborating with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom VBCS pages, Oracle APEX applications, and dashboards
- Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Support production users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM integrations
- Proficiency in developing Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports
- Solid understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes and functionalities
