Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, the role focuses on developing custom VBCS pages and Oracle APEX applications while working remotely with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders to understand requirements and support production users.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom VBCS pages and Oracle APEX applications, including reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Support production users and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM processes, particularly Payroll and integrations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM integrations
- Proficient in developing Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes and troubleshooting
