Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant for a full-time remote position, responsible for building, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions while collaborating with HRIS, Payroll, and business users to implement technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support custom Oracle VBCS pages, applications, and REST integrations
- Build and extend Oracle HCM Redwood experiences and develop Oracle APEX applications
- Troubleshoot OIC integrations and support payroll processing and related technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll and OTL
- Ability to work during Central Time business hours
