Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, the candidate will manage the design and development of custom VBCS pages, Oracle APEX applications, and HCM integrations while collaborating with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders to understand requirements and support production users.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom VBCS pages and Oracle APEX applications, including reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Support production users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM processes, particularly Payroll and integrations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and Oracle APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Proficient in developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes and components
