Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, this remote position will focus on designing and developing custom VBCS pages, Oracle APEX applications, and integrations while collaborating with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom VBCS pages and Oracle APEX applications to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Support production users by troubleshooting and maintaining HCM integrations and reports
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and APEX
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM integrations
- Proficiency in developing Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports
- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll and related processes
