Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to support HR data modernization and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects across Oracle and SQL Server environments
• Translate and modernize legacy HR data into Oracle HCM Cloud-based structures
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and transformations for enterprise reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM development, HR analytics, or data engineering
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and SQL Server
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (data structures, reporting, and functional concepts)
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and documentation best practices
