Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration Engineer will configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, troubleshoot issues, and support HR/Payroll users while ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide support for post-go-live stabilization and system optimization
• Review quarterly releases to assess system impact and guide business stakeholders in aligning processes with Oracle Cloud best practices

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, including Core HR and Absence modules
• Ability to challenge legacy customizations and enforce Oracle best practices
• Strong understanding of cross-module reasoning and stakeholder communication
• Experience in data validation and integration awareness, including HCM Extracts and reporting tools
• Familiarity with large enterprise environments is preferred
