Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

In a full-time remote capacity, the Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration Engineer will configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, troubleshoot post-go-live issues, and guide HR/Payroll towards standardized processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure HCM Cloud structures, workflows, and security settings
• Troubleshoot and validate data post go-live after fixes and patches
• Review quarterly releases and assess their impacts on existing configurations

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, including Core HR, Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into Oracle configurations
• Experience challenging legacy customization and enforcing Oracle best practices
• Understanding of enterprise data flows and dependencies across systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various modules
