Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced FLEX Senior Systems Engineer, this full-time remote position will focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Security, serving as a technical and functional expert responsible for design, configuration, administration, and support of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives involving business process transformation, application configuration, and security architecture
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Technology, and Compliance teams, driving scalable and secure solutions
• Perform research, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities for Oracle HCM Cloud

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development and support, with 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
• 4+ years of experience configuring and administering Oracle HCM Cloud Security
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data management, and integrations
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and REST/SOAP Web Services
