Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Security Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Oracle HCM security architecture including roles, profiles, and access controls
• Create and maintain custom roles and security configurations while implementing SOD controls
• Troubleshoot user access issues and support audit readiness and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Security
• Strong experience in HCM Security troubleshooting and role-based access control
• Expertise in Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls and access governance
• Experience with IDCS security administration and handling audits
