Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Specialist, the candidate will manage the implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans while collaborating with Total Rewards leaders to ensure effective global compensation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans
• Partner with Total Rewards leaders to gather complex global compensation requirements through discovery sessions
• Conduct fit/gap analysis on compensation matrices and oversee comprehensive UAT cycles and data reconciliation testing

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Workforce Compensation
• Demonstrated experience leading compensation workshops and building functional configuration documentation
• Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles and Fast Formulas
• Strong mathematical acumen and discretion in managing sensitive corporate compensation data
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
