Job Summary
To support the execution of complex global compensation plans, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Specialist will design, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation systems while collaborating with Total Rewards leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans
- Conduct fit/gap analysis on compensation matrices and eligibility profiles while managing functional documentation
- Oversee UAT cycles and data reconciliation testing for quarterly Oracle updates
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in Workforce Compensation
- Proven experience leading compensation workshops and building functional configuration documentation
- Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles and complex matrix structures
- Strong mathematical acumen for managing sensitive corporate compensation data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
