Job Summary
To support the execution of global compensation plans, the full-time Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist will design, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans
- Partner with Total Rewards leaders to gather complex global compensation requirements through workshops
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and produce functional documentation for compensation configurations and testing
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Workforce Compensation
- Experience leading compensation workshops and performing gap analysis
- Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles and complex matrix structures
- Strong mathematical acumen for managing sensitive corporate compensation data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
