Job Summary

To support the execution of global compensation plans, the full-time Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist will design, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans
  • Partner with Total Rewards leaders to gather complex global compensation requirements through workshops
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and produce functional documentation for compensation configurations and testing
Required qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Workforce Compensation
  • Experience leading compensation workshops and performing gap analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles and complex matrix structures
  • Strong mathematical acumen for managing sensitive corporate compensation data
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
