Job Summary
To support complex global compensation initiatives, the contract Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Specialist will design, configure, and execute Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans
- Partner with Total Rewards leaders to gather and analyze global compensation requirements
- Produce and manage functional documentation and oversee comprehensive UAT cycles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Workforce Compensation
- Experience in leading compensation workshops and conducting fit/gap analysis
- Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles and Fast Formulas
- Strong mathematical acumen for managing sensitive corporate compensation data
