Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Specialist on a contract basis, this role will manage the design, configuration, and execution of complex global compensation plans while collaborating with Total Rewards leaders to ensure efficient compensation cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans
• Conduct fit/gap analysis on compensation matrices, budget pools, and eligibility profiles
• Produce and manage functional documentation, validation rules, and oversee UAT cycles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Workforce Compensation
• Experience leading compensation workshops and building functional configuration documentation
• Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles and complex matrix structures
• Strong mathematical acumen and discretion in handling sensitive compensation data
