Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure Time and Labor settings
Troubleshoot and fix fast formulas across OTL/Absence and Payroll
Integrate Time and Labor processes with other HCM modules and participate in system upgrades

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, particularly Time and Labor
Experience configuring timesheets, absence management, and payroll processes
Prior experience with post-go-live support and user training
Eligibility to work on HYR Global W2
