A company is looking for a Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical components for implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems
Develop HCM Extracts, Reports using BI Publisher, and integrations using REST APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders, manage integrations, and provide training and support to business users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of experience as an HCM technical consultant
Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications
HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus
Experience in Benefits Conversion is a must
