Job Summary

A company is looking for a Package Consultant - Oracle HCM Talent Management Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM Talent Management Cloud
• Design integrations with enterprise systems and manage data migration using various tools
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation including design specs and user guides

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Talent Management Cloud
• Experience with Oracle HCM Core HR and Compensation, preferably for Public Sector clients
• Proven track record in implementation, integration, and support of Oracle HCM
• Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM architecture and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
