Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud across key modules and provide support for auxiliary modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production issues while ensuring compliance and accurate data management
• Build and manage reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to deliver insights and coordinate with corporate development on multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including familiarity with Redwood UI
• Functional expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, ORC & Onboarding, Learning, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and understanding of audit controls and compliance expectations
• Strong reporting skills using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Project oversight or coordination experience
