Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional Oracle HCM consultant supporting Core HR, Absence Management, Learning, OTL, and Redwood UI
• Lead and support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting issues, system stabilization, and continuous improvements
• Plan and execute retrofit testing for quarterly patches, ensuring existing configurations and customizations continue to function as expected

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Learning, and Redwood UI
• Proven experience supporting post-go-live Oracle HCM environments
• Hands-on experience with HDL data loads and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of Oracle HCM quarterly updates and retrofit testing
• Experience leading UAT and SIT with business users
