Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Cloud HCM applications in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional Oracle HCM consultant supporting Core HR, Absence Management, Learning, OTL, and Redwood UI
• Lead and support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, system stabilization, and continuous improvements
• Configure and maintain functional setups across supported HCM modules, adjusting configurations based on evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Learning, and Redwood UI
• Proven experience supporting post-go-live Oracle HCM environments
• Hands-on experience with HDL data loads and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of Oracle HCM quarterly updates and retrofit testing
• Experience leading UAT and SIT with business users
