Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant - Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces and develop Fast Formulas
• Participate in testing cycles and provide production support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HDL
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and reporting
• Experience with HCM integrations and data migration processes
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits, absence, and time & labor modules
